  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc). Bathroom floor was heated which was great when stepping out o - Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.   The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful, including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and next morn... what people say » ing breakfast was outstanding!! Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
