Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc). Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
