When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st. (or 1 minute by the tube), and some nice restaurants and Breakfast Caffe's right in front of the hotel. The bedroom has a large bed and plenty of storage space, the ki.

Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Living room needs more light / lamps. Nothing that will prevent us from re-book this hotel. TV in bedroom did not receive channels, however staff did all that they could to put right. There was nothing else that was a negative for us during our stay. a little pricey, but its in Central London anyway.. Amenities in bathroom and kitchen were very limited. For luxury accommodation at a price, I would have expected a few little extras. Single pane windows did not block noise from Hertford Street. Might be worth paying a little extra for room at back. Everything was perfect. Water in the shower had low pressure. Carpets were horribly stained and looked filthy - this is appalling considering the price and location. 2/3 star accommodation is better presented than this. Decor is out of date - apartment badly needs refurbishment Definitely not value for money...will not stay here again. dated public space decor, very tight parking access ( use Hilton Hotel instead as its much cheaper too ), lack of milk in fridge, dated furniture.
