  I stayed here during my week in London. I booked one of the beds in the 6 bedroom female dorm, and was pleasantly surprised. Beds and linen were clean and rather comfortable, shower was clean and quite alright considering how much we paid, the ladies in my room were all quite nice - I persinally didn't get to interact with them too much as I spent... what people say » most of my days outside. There's free wifi nearly everywhere. Breakfast was basic - toast or cereal and tea/coffee, but it was enough for us. The lad - The staff are amazing from reception to the lady's that clean been here for almost a week now still here for another week..For all the people that have complained about this place please note this is no 5 star hotel and it doesn't pretend to be for £25 a nite getting clean sheets room and bathroom cleaned every morning and a basic breakfast I say that's a good deal for London not to mention the location I come to London every 4 weeks and I think I jus found my second home!!   Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... what people say » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

  We stay at lancaster gate as a family of six. we loved the location unlike some other guests reviews i did find the apts to be clean i alway wipe surfaces when ever i stay in hotels etc and i found all the surfaces kitchen,dinning table,bedside cabinets etc to be clean. as well as bedding.the apt are nice with a little touch of luxury but they mus... what people say » t keep up with the maintance. - In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was reasonably clean and was nice and toasty which after spending the evening in Hyde Park at Winter Wonderland was great!!!The location was perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.
