clean and good price. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make the stay morecomfortable. Best continental breakfast.The hotel was very clean and the room we had was very quiet and still enough room to get around and with a large enough bathroom, other hotels we stayed at in the neighbourhood were so small there was not room to walk or put luggage and you could barely fit in the bathroom but this hotel was comfortable in size.

If you come out of the right exit of the tube station (which we didn't!), it is a short distance walking along a vibrant London street. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which goes via Kensington and Knightsbridge (stopping outside Harrod!). Overall, we felt it was value for money.close to Earls Coart's tube stationon - Picadilly line and convieniant to Heathrow, Liester square is 10 min away on a good day . Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, location excellent (Earls Court station very near), as a whole very much worth the price!. The hotel is a littele bit worn, dirty curtains etc minor things, but as a whole very much worth the the price. may the size of the room was a bit small. No. It was exactly what I had payed for.There were problems with getting access to WiFi network, that were not fixed within 4 days of my stay. there was a building site outsite our window and it woke us up really early on one of our mornings they were so noisy at 8 am. Bathrooms are old fashioned and could be renovated. Much too hot in a very small room. Furniture beginning to look worn out,tv only had loop aerial which was broken.very small rooms, building works at the hotel however during the booking this was nowhere stated. Room was very small. It was a problem to sit on the toilet - there wasno legroom!. room too small. The wifi didn't reach my bedroom, so I had to do all of my work in the dining room. I had booked a single room, but their records showed I'd booked a double room. They were able to clear up the mistake when I checked out, but it was kind of a hassle to arrive at the hotel tired from traveling and having to deal with something like that.Building is a little old but was clean. Expensive, but London is very expensive. Lack of choice for breakfast, the same flavour yoghurt every day and cornflakes the only cereal.the family room was a bit small. Guest were sending back their cereal because the milk was warm. They would not meet the request for 2 beds in 1 room, even though we had requested it on the online booking form. The access code for wireless was a rediculous 26 digits long, with 0's o's higher case and lower case. and I gave up after 4 attempts. The staff were a little preoccupied with their own activities rather than dealing with the customer and my suitcase got covered in white paint as they were decorating. Mould on bathroom tiles, breakfast was very limited in choice. Rooms were not very clean, and when asked if someone could clean the room there was no staff available to clean. very small room and smelly. The staff were not very helpful and rather rude. They were unaware of booking when guests arrived, had to pay by card.breakfast was appalling- just toast and the choice of an egg or cereal- so I didnt bother. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and although advised they would change the towels every second day they did not. The bed was uncomfortable and you could hear the tube running- so I think they need to better the walls to make them more sound proof. Small and hard double bed.
