    Good location: walking distance to the Piccadilly Station (about 15 mins, free bus runs on this route), close to the shopping district (about 10 mins). There are many small eateries close to the hotel and a Subway restaurant downstairs - we had breakfast there. Rooms well equipped - hairdryer, tea/coffee set. Clean, the staff is helpful (or at lea... what people say » st they try to be). - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

    The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. Breakfasts were good (with a variety of options). The staff was very efficient, I especially would like to thank Joanna for her excellent work. I have also ... what people say » received a good price offer through letsbookhotel.com, the room was good value for money. - location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

    The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. It wasn't to far a walk to one of the Free Buses bus stops. - it was situated in a lovely area, the taxis called by the reception staff had great rates... what people say » , the food was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was of a very high standard

    In general I like everything! The hotel has very nice clean rooms, entrance to the shower cabin was straightly from the room and shower was illuminated with various colors (had special application on it and after you turn on the water it begins to shine) everything worked well - air-conditioner, TV with flat screen, Wi-Fi was very rapid! It's very... what people say » easy to go to the center on foot (10-15 minutes). I didn't take breakfast, so I can say nothing about it. I just want to say many thanks for all the - We got a great deal. The staff were very helpful, the 24 hour reception was very reassuring as it meant you could always get help with issues if any arose. Our property was safely secured in the room and they had a good luggage storage facility that was very useful for when we wanted to get out and see the city before and after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, you couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyon

    For cheap, budget accomodation with a friendly welcome I don't think you can get any better.The room was sparkling clean, bathroom and shower immaculate and piping hot water.All staff friendly but a mention to Mike who set us up for the day with a brilliant breakfast - cheers Mike.
