  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

Lovely bathroom, kitchen superb, all done to a high standard, would definatly stay there again. Was in constant comminication with the owner which made my quiries answered within a quick time. - We stayed in room 136 overnight, and it was ... what people say » lovely! It was exactly as the pictures showed! The rooms were large and clean. I don't know how stupid other reviewers are, but the heating was simple enough to turn on following the instructions. Would definately stay there again!

I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x
