The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. It wasn't to far a walk to one of the Free Buses bus stops. it was situated in a lovely area, the taxis called by the reception staff had great rates, the food was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was of a very high standard. all reviews »
its very reasonably priced, for an extremely well maintained hotel, with short walks to Manchester attractions. Room was small but adequate for time spent in it. Very clean and all facilities working. convenience of location, quick easy check in.Very nice room.Pleasent helpfull staff. it is a nice hotel for being a 2 star and very clean and good prices as well. enormous parking space, and situated near branded shopping outlets. very friendly and helpful staff.could not do enough for us .clean tidy rooms and friendly staff would stay again. Breakfast excellent even if it was at extra cost. everything- we all had a very enjoyable stay!!. food,service,good food and a comfortable bed. easy reach of old trafford, easy to find. Location, secure, clean, perfect.location. Service. its very handy to old trafford football ground which is where i was going to and i would definitely be back again. Efficient booking-in. i`d give this 8/10. So near to city centre and also the free parking! Really GoodValue for Money. The Hotel is very near to shopping area and Fast food Shops. Location and comfort of room's excellent,staff friendly. The way you could come back late and still get in :). Convenience for Salford Quays and Old Trafford. location and how relaxed it was. Ease of access to the room, we stayed on the ground floor and it wasaccessable by ramps so no worries about lugging suitcases up anddown stairs.we went to see manchester united play so it was a convenient walking distance for us to see match and stay afterwards. The staff were polite friendly and extremely helpful in all given instances.I had a drink in the bar/bistro area and then just watched tv in my room. Very close to the city centre, really good location. central location at reasonable prices. The beds were very clean and comfy. Easy access to the hotel. location to old trafford. Bar closes to early. Comfy bed.It was a little un nerving with the complex caged in with a securitygate, but guess this was Salford. bar closed at 11, and we got back from the match at 10.55. Yes,at night when attempting to sleep,i could hear everything in the room next door,most annoying!!!!!. The television reception was not great.entrance on the wrong side. £1.60 for a glass of coke was a bit much. Was woken up by a delivery around 8.30am. Small things, nothing that spoiled our stay. no public access to hotel, had to use car park gates to get in after going out to manchester. Bar closes too early. Very noisy people in the next room. The smell of the room. I had asked for a non-smoking room although i didnt get one and that was understandable, although i did book the room well in advance. Something needs to be done about the smell of smoke in the rooms and opening the windows does not work.
