Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

The cleanliness, friendly staff, close to both city centre and transport facilities. Room was spotless, bed very comfy, good choice of food in the buffet breakfast. Restaurant staff in the evening very quick, friendly and attentive.

Very friendly staff in Reception, allowing me to check-in well before the time I was supposed to. Also the best latte and danish pastry I had for a while! So close to Piccadilly Station and Canal Street, a couple of minutes walk.

The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. Basic rooms, and toilet room rather "cosy" (small) - but spotlessly clean, and fabulous showers with great water pressure and colour changing lights!
