Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Very friendly staff in Reception, allowing me to check-in well before the time I was supposed to. Also the best latte and danish pastry I had for a while! So close to Piccadilly Station and Canal Street, a couple of minutes walk.

The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. We got a great deal. The staff were very helpful, the 24 hour reception was very reassuring as it meant you could always get help with issues if any arose. Our property was safely secured in the room and they had a good luggage storage facility that was very useful for when we wanted to get out and see the city before and after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, you couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyon
