It is on a quiet street on the 4th floor (5th flr for Americans) with a view of the castle from the bedroom windows. The bedrooms get morning sun and the living area/kitchen gets afternoon sun.   Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

  I arrived at a very unusual time. Whilst I didn't meet a member of staff the help I received over the phone was fantastic. This is a value for money hotel, which is what I wanted. To be honest I couldn't fault the place. They even contacted me after I'd stayed to let me know I'd forgotten something and offered to send on!
