We (group of 6) arrived late on the night we stayed after a hard day's work. After checking in easily we used the hotel lounge to unwind with drinks we'd brought into the hotel. The management were happy to let us do this, and just asked us to turn the lights out when we finally went to bed! A very relaxed approach, which is so unusual these day

The breakfast isn't the richest I've seen but, the food is good and the environment is clean.

The man on reception at the time was very friendly when I said that my
room felt abit clostrophobic (as I was in the basement room) he gave me
a key to another room to look at unfortunately it was on the 5th floor
so I chose to stay in the basement room! Once the curtains are shut I
felt right at home. Good for the price 2 minutes from queensway tube.

The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions . The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from
Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants
and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really
friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are
small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in
