We (group of 6) arrived late on the night we stayed after a hard day's work. After checking in easily we used the hotel lounge to unwind with drinks we'd brought into the hotel. The management were happy to let us do this, and just asked us to turn the lights out when we finally went to bed! A very relaxed approach, which is so unusual these day

room felt abit clostrophobic (as I was in the basement room) he gave me
a key to another room to look at unfortunately it was on the 5th floor
so I chose to stay in the basement room! Once the curtains are shut I
felt right at home. Good for the price 2 minutes from queensway tube.

As returning customers , we knew the standard of service and accomodation would be excellent . The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions .
