  Well located, near buses and underground. People working at the hotel very nice and helpful. Good breakfast - Great position, you can easily reach the underground gate (linked to central, circle and district lines). Considering prices in London, this hotel is extremely competitive. Overall, the quality/price ratio is highly satisfactory. - The man on reception at the time was very friendly when I said that my room felt abit clostrophobic (as I was in the basement room) he gave me a key to another room to look at unfortunately it was on the 5th floor so I chose to stay in the basement room! Once the curtains are shut I felt right at home. Good for the price 2 minutes from queensway tube. Very comfy.

  We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again. The room the hotel gave us was for a disabled person/s (which I am to a certain extent) but did not reserve a room for a disabled person/S.
