  Well located, near buses and underground. People working at the hotel very nice and helpful. Good breakfast - Great position, you can easily reach the underground gate (linked to central, circle and district lines). Overall, the quality/price ratio is highly satisfactory. - The man on reception at the time was very friendly when I said that my room felt abit clostrophobic (as I was in the basement room) he gave me a key to another room to look at unfortunately it was on the 5th floor so I chose to stay in the basement room! Once the curtains are shut I felt right at home. Good for the price 2 minutes from queensway tube. Very comfy.

  I enjoyed my stay at Palace Court Holiday Apartments. Staff was very welcoming and insightful.Then the room I stayed in was a studio, spacious enough, very clean. I was happy for the kitchen facility. Also the cleaning staff was very nice too. It is great value for money And don't get lured by the bad reviews, the pla - We have been staying regularly at this apartment hotel for almost 40 years and have always had excellent service from the cordial and efficient staff. The location is superb, the rooms are spacious with a separate full kitchen and bathroom. There is free wifi and the only suggestion I would make is the addition of a safe in the studio apt. Many thanks to Madam Omyma and the rest of the staff for another enjoyable stay.

  Very clean and seemed to be newly redone so all in good condition. We were in a one bedroom apartment which had a large living room and sufficiently equipped kitchen. There is no luxury, but you get value for your money. Staying there with childre the age 9 and 12 worked just fine, but we were a lot out of the house. Finding a place to eat nearby is no problem, and if you are not willing to walk the 15 minutes to Shepards Bush metro station, you can take the bus.

  Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was central to what we were doing.
