Though my stay was all too brief, I found the staff extremely helpful and easy to approach. The overall condition of the Hotel was clean and very comfortable with multiple option choices of different relaxation zones. Only wish I had been staying longer to take in the full facilities and entertainment obviously on offer. The tram stop is approx 150 mters from front door, so leaving car and hopping on a tram is a great option of seeing Blackpool, Fleetwood and Cleveleys. Breakfast was good with

Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy.
Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect!
Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance.
Would highly recommend the hotel!!

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.
