The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.

the staff were very helpful. they gave us a very big room and it was on the first floor which was very helpful considering i'm pregnant and had two young children with me.there is a bar in the hotel which allowes children in it so if you fancy a drink you can relax with your children. We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.
