Designed to our own specification, this contemporary and bespoke collection of apartments will provide an open plan lounge/dining area leading on to a fully fitted kitchen. Elegant bedrooms and luxury bath or shower rooms and toiletries complete the package.
Information about the areaIdeally situated in Grove Street, the new apartments are adjacent to our existing Grove development, and the building will also be home to our new Fountain Court Head Office. Just minutes from Haymarket Station, the Exchange Financial District and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, with the shops of Princes and George Street only a short stroll away, they offer the perfect location for both business and leisure guests.
Room information detailsAll our two bedroom apartments incorporate a separate shower or bathroom for each bedroom - perfect for our corporate guests, and our two penthouse apartment have a 'loft like' living space, providing truly spacious and luxurious accommodation. We will also have 3 studio apartments, each featuring a clever and stylish glass partition feature wall to separate the bedroom and living area. Needless to say, we have ensured we have a flat screen television on both sides.
All apartments will benefit from the latest technology, with complimentary Wi-Fi access, flat screen satellite television in the lounge and bedrooms, and a full entertainment system including an i-pod docking station.
Travelling informationFrom Edinburgh Airport, take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the first right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right.
From the South, take the A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Take the second turning on the left after Gilmore Place marked Thornybauk (just after the Royal Bank of Scotland). Follow the road 200 yards until you get to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Fountainbridge and continue straight over the roundabout. Take the next turning on the right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right.
