  The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi... what people say » ndow was opened unlike at the hotels in the airport while watching the wildlife outside eat and play during the day and night. - The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer service I've had in ages! :-)

  We explored the fabulous grounds it was situated in and the surrounding area. We also made use of the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steamroom and sauna and restaurant. - The atmosphere and history of the hotel is wonderful.   I liked that it was pet friendly as we had a dog with us. The rooms were large, clean and modern and we had no problems with noise from the service station close by as I thought we might. - the fact that the cleaning staff handed in a gold ring we thought was lost and the staff called me on my mobile to let me know. Great service!

  Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.
