This has new management and they are doing a good job, the facility is not the best but certainly not the worst. There is a lot of refurbishment to be done in all areas but it is clean, quiet and fantastic value for money. The breakfast was better than a four star hotel I stayed in and the staff were both pleasant and very helpful. Plenty of pa... what people say » rking and less than a five minute drive to the airport terminals. I would recommend this as a stopover before flying. £40 for a night was excellent -
Everything was catered for and the staff / owners were extremeley nice and hospitable. There was a wedding night occuring during our arrival, but all was good and al was peacful at a time that didn't affect our stay. we would stay again if we were in the area. Not the best for the price we paid, but certainly good value.

I liked that it was pet friendly as we had a dog with us. The rooms were large, clean and modern and we had no problems with noise from the service station close by as I thought we might. - the fact that the cleaning staff handed in a gold ring we thought was lost and the staff called me on my mobile to let me know. Great service!

The hotel was more than I was expected. Came with my husband and 3 small children (including an infant). The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great: close to cinema, bowling, restaurants - Clean and tidy room, near a Macdonalds for... what people say » a quick snack and resturant opposite, the use of wifi and workzone in my room and comfortable office work swivel chair. Good plasma TV for the Manchester United cup match. Good pice offer. Hotel was easy to find, just of the motorway.

my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.
The room we had booked was a twin room and was not at all cramped.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my

I found the hotel very comfortable, the food was good and the staff very helpful. - The food was great!
The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The room was very comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. The later checking out time - 12pm- is great as is the left luggage facility which meant we could... what people say » explore the city for the 5 hours we had before our train home. The staff were universally helpful - would definitely come here again. -
The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain.
Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.

Really nice hotel, very old building with history, character and atmosphere. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and filling, location is quiet, but a short walk from the city centre and castle. It is not really a hotel to use for business travellers as it's age does limit it's practicality, but a really great place... what people say » for tourists and general stopovers. Again, due to it being a very old building it may not be suitable for people with certain disabilities as stairs -
We loved the quirky building, the Tudor hotel is fabulous and while this does make the rooms slightly smaller than usual, the uniqueness makes up for it many times over.
My Daughter loved the suits of armour on the gallery, and asked one if he would come home with us!
The location is ideal for Warwick and the castle.
The staff were very accommodating.
We had a wonderful evening meal and a good breakfast.
We also had a room with a four poster bed, with a fantastic quality mattress.
