It has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and hospitable service. The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel is ideally located for exploring Warwick, Leamington Spa and the beautiful Cotswold villages. The hotel is set in Warwickshire countryside, and has 2 acres of landscaped grounds. The hotel also offers a fully stocked bar and a restaurant, which serves traditional carvery lunches and an evening A La Carte Menu Menu. Hearty full English breakfasts are also available daily.

We were upgraded to a luxury suite because our original room smelt dampdue to a large wet patch on the floor....this was dealt with politelyand efficiently and seemed unknown to the reception staff but thecleaning staff must have been aware. The staff were so welcoming both onarrival and dealing with the above. I would recommend this hotel and tryothers in the group. Everything I said above - good location, excellent staff and lovely rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff although seemed to be under trained in certain things ie. Use of the cash register and types of basic alcoholic drinks. They were always courteous.Friendly staff and very helpful but not a wide variety of main menu choices. Good location, clean and functional room. Bar staff were very helpful.Closeness to Stratford. quiet room. swimmimg pool. We had a bat in the room but the batman removed it!. exspensive meals and wine at almost £7 a glass,not suprised bar was quiet. poor service at breakfast time. As I said above a bit more staff training would transform the hotel. Phone didn't work, no coffee provided (only decaf, they had run out), I got the general impression of lack of attention to detail.Bed too hard and uncomfortable. Bath too narrow to include shower. Would have preferred walk-in shower. The price of wine was extortionate, at least double that of anywhere else we stayed over a period of 10 days in several hotels. The receptionist gave us the impression we were a nuisance when we booked in. The cost of the breakfast was too high for what it was.The staff need t oengage with the customer a bit more....and smile.. drinks priced far to high in bar especially a glass of wine. The phones did not work in either of the two rooms I booked.
