Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.Pleasant welcome by Reception staff. Clean and delightful decor. We always stay at holiday inn, its in the heart of the town and very easy to get to. Only one small complaint is that the hot water tap wasnt working in our shower but for only staying one night it wasnt such a massive problem. Buffet breakfast was a bit dissapointing because bread for toast ran out very quickly which caused queues at toaster. Fried eggs were hard. Coffee/tea machines ran out and staff were slow in filling up. Would have liked a cheaper menu in the restaurant - we ate elsewhere as we had little time and did not want a meal of several courses.Unsure here, I object to having to pay a car parking fee here, but to bevery very fair to the Holiday Inn when asked they said we could use thecar park all day long after checking out at 11 am and our ticket wasstamped for 3 the next morning, so it was great value for money. Breakfast choice was a bit limited for a buffet.rather busy asnd noisy breakfast room; hard to imporve though; parking charge for guests is cheeky!. Bar prices!. Our safe jammed and locked our keys and cash in there it took the hotel staff hours and several calls to the safe company to rectify this problem. They were also aware that there was a problem with this safe prior to our stay.It is bad public relations to charge customers £5 a night to use the hotel car park. Better to include it in the price. The room could get very stuffy, (even with the air conditioning) not being able to open the window was a problem.During the meal serviing the main course should have been quciker andsmoother as staff should have known who everyone was and what they wereeating! This resulted in people not eating together. As I said above I was very happy with everything at the hotel except having to pay £5.00 for car parking. I would have thought car parking could have been free of charge for residents.Hotel room a little noisy. Very aware of room next to ours. The breakfast (full English) not fresh enough to be good...food was a little expensive. the bed was a little hard !. Not really - breakfast choice was a bit limited but it was 10:15 and they'd been serving for hours. Paying £5 to park in the hotel car park.Little too warm in the room.

By car: Exit the m40 at junction 15, then take the a46 to Stratford. After approximately 1.5 miles (at the first island) take the left fork (a439) to Stratford. Continue for about 3.5 miles - you will pass the 'Welcome to Stratford' sign and after 0.5 miles the road bears hard left onto Bridgeway. Keep in the left hand lane. The hotel entrance is approximately 200 metres on the left. Parking at the hotel is charged at 5.00 per stay. Please collect a ticket on arrival from the car park barrier and have this validated at the reception desk on check out, at which time the charge will be added to your room bill.
