What people say
The staff were amazing - really welcoming. Food excellent, waiting staff paid perfect level of attention. Barman in the front bar on Valentine's evening was particularly friendly - made me feel much better as my boyfriend had been taken ill and I was spending the evening alone amongst romantic couples! I felt looked after. Will certainly book again. Very convenient for the theatre too. all reviews »
The room was extreamly comfortable and modern. The Bar stff were very friendly and were more then happy to let us watch the boxing in the bar (even though it had closed) at 2am. Our room was accross the garden to the back of the hotel room 351. I would recomend this hotel to my family! Breakfast was wonderful, how often do you get your tomato sauce served to you plate with a spoon!!. Wonderful location, no more than five minutes' walk from either thecurrent temporary home of the rsc (Courtyard Theatre) or the permanentrsc compound now being rebuilt. On one of the "main streets" of town, with shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby. Entire hotel has been recentlyrenovated. While not luxurious, the room was spacious, comfortable, andsparklingly clean. Excellent value. The hotel location was excelent for our stay in relation to our visit. I would also like to commend the reception staff for the way they dealt with our queries and the polite and accomodating way they facilitated our requests. I have no negative comments about this hotel and would highly reccomend it to any one looking for accomodation in Stratford. The Legacy Falcon Hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are knowlegable, helpful and friendly. The room that we were in was spacious and spotlessly cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed our stay and have already booked to stay there again in October. A top class hotel!. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful without being obsequious. The hotel itself is a piece of history, great atmosphere and ideally placed in the centre of town. The special offer price meant that it was unbelievable value.the staff were extemely helpful and polite with my disabled mum and went out of their way to make things easy for us. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend your hotel to anyone planning a visit to stratford upon avon. We had a minor problem with our room where as there was no shower curtain, upon bringing this to there attention they immediately moved us to a bigger room and apolgised. The service we were given was excellent.Fantastic view from our room of Nash house. Althought not all rooms have a great view. The cooked breakfast has to be ordered rather than buffet style and was the smallest portion I have ever seen !. The interior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. There were 9 of us in 4 rooms. Everyone was very happy. We all loved the delicious breakfast. The hotel location in stratford, car parking facilities at hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, the bar and lounge areas were very nice and quaint. A beautiful hotel in a prime location. Breakfasts were really nice and staff were very courteous etc. I got the stay for an unbelievable price on LetsBookHotel.com, so thank you very much!. Location and privacy. Below continued: logged butnothing was done tocorrect or apologise for this total exposure to the busy street below. This marred our stay. Access to the town, and hotel fit in with historical character of the town - the ambience of the hotel also matched the essence of the town and the history. The proximity to the centre and local amenities, the friendliness and general helpfulness and demeanor of the staff and it's general layout and upkeep. we were made welcome as soon as we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for the staff the room was spotless clean and the food was excellent.Excellent location. Room very comfortable, clean and with old fashonedbeams. Breakfast good quality and variety and staff very helpful. Above all else the team of hotel staff were superb, front of house to cleaning staff were all without exception a credit to the hotel.Excellent value/promo, good location and car parking facility, nice gardenand breakfast, modern room, high standard room facility. Location and style of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer!. Following its recent refurbishment the facilities and ambience were excellent, and the staff were attentive at all times. The staff are fantastic the food just excellent, the beef I had fellapart with no effort so very nice.Excellent location and parking. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Overallstay was faultless. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and breakfast hot and tasty.the friendly curtious helpful staff, the excellent food, the location of the hotel,. well situated within the town, very clean, friendly staff, good food, good parking. The hotel's combination of original frontage with modern facilities and elegance. The standard was nothing short of excellent. Every member of staffwore a smile.Location in Stratford was fantastic and very comfortable room. Great breakfast. Rooms were modern, very clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was excellent.central location, excellent food [dinner and breakfast] nice comfortable hotel. Central location - Friendly staff - Comfortable room - Excellent standard...Atmosphere, friendly staff, modern clean, spacious room, very good bathroom. Great location, very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great valuefor money.Location, cleanliness, service, ambience, couldn't have asked for more. Helpful desk staff, situation in Stratord, mix of old and new buildings. everything about hotel was great location comfort price free carpark. the room, the breakfast, in fact everything especially the location.Lovely refurbished hotel old and modern merge together successfully. The hotel and staff were excellant and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff, the room, the food - everything about our stay was perfect. Availability of special requirements. Quietness of accommodation.the location and the overall standard of facilities and service. Excellent service from the staff - very friendly and helpful. Lovely setting, pretty courtyard garden. Comfortable beds. Late check out, excellent breakfast, wonderful location. Central location, efficient staff and lovely breakfast. Spotlssly clean, and good food, very efficient staff. The service was great and the room clean and tidy. Location was great, rooms were lovely staff great. Car park was a bit stretched - had to squeeze into a tiny space. Nothing. The bedroom floor creaked a bit but then it is 400 years old.We paid for half board and even though the meal was very good there wasn't much choice for the main meal. Nothing at all and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We were located in rooms facing the main chapel street frontage and thebath/shower was located in front of a large double sash window. Althoughglass was obscure it was of the type that gave almost perfecttransparency, especially with the light on at night and without a blind;which had been fitted to lower level windows. This was brought to theattention of reception/. The lift was shaky and sounds like it needs attention possibly renewing, it wasnt clear in the information how reduce the heating in the room and it was only in the morning when we discovered that the side windows could be opened. However none of this spoiled the trip.Room stayed in had low slop sealing over bath area which made shower abit difficult to use - stayed one night so was not a big issue to us. Rude customers to the staff.Just because you are staying there does notgive you the right to be rude or an ignoramous. The old guy may readthis he knows who he is.Please explain why we were told that the hotel charges £2.95 for using acredit card!! A complete rip off. Why??. Only comment - the noise from very early delivery services to hotel disturbed us.Some staff too quietly spoken. Check in was from 2pm but many of the rooms were not available until 3pm so wasted an hour waiting around.
