Very modern apartment, all facilities it was like being at home but in the best location in the centre of Newcastle. Nothing was too much for the owner who met and greeted us, wont be staying in a hotel again this was spot on for us. -

This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad

This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Good food on the menu

I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle. We were also given our room at 10am to leave our bags which was great. - We only stayed one night but found all

Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.
