  the staff were lovely nothing was a trouble for them;the location was excellent for what we wanted to do during our stay - The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were brilliant.

  The new managers had just taken over and had many issues to deal with. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated our needs well. The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price. Overall, a nice place to stay near to the city (15 Min) walk or bus directly outside, generous parking area. - it was very hand... what people say » y for the city, the rooms were clean and comfortable. there was ample free parking . the rates were very good . this is a very basic facility, but I would stay again. there was some road noise but I suspect they are in a conservation area so double glazing is not possible

  The guest hose is pretty close to the Whitby station, a 10 minutes walk away. The lady owner and her daughters were very nice, jolly and cordial. The room I was staying was a single room. Though a bit too small, but was enough for a single person to stay. Was clean and had a nice bed. The guest house had an wi-fi and the signal strength was decent... what people say » . - The guest house is run by a friendly couple and their daughter who go out of their way to look after you . they are really nice people . its a guest house not a posh hotel ,but our room was very nice , quiet,clean & comfortable with a kettle ,tea coffee ect. Breakfast is tasty and plentyful .with a good choice.
