Nice, modern apartment. Less than ten minutes by feet from the Central line of the tube, 1 minute from the bus stop. The staff is kind and efficient. There are always people in the surroundings streets, at every hour of the day and of the night. Market opened till midnight by the other side of the street. -

The staff were very helpful. They let us check into our room early. Wewere upgraded to a one bed apartment. The apartments were spotless andhad everything you could want. It was in a fantastic location almostopposite Liverpool St Station. I would definitely stay here again. - The staff were extremely helpful, the apartment was very well appointed.

Brand new washer and dryer. Neighbourhood was solid working class, not scary to walk in at night. Little kitchenette in room worked well (full kitchen with oven was in common area and was very good).

from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

We traveled to London with my mum in Oct 2013. My first comment is, 10 Pembridge gardens is the cleanest hotel that I ever stayed in London.. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes. Since the rooms have own kitchen, we cooked everything at home. I must say, all the staff in kitchen were so clean and new.. Congratulations to this hotel for being so good. I will never ever

Clean, good breakfast, there's always somebody at the front desk (24 hs a day). There was a mistake in the payment, they charged me more days than they were and immediately they solved the problem.

On arrival the guy at the office was very polite and helpfull.
Our apartment was minuets from the office and station.
The apartment was very nice, warm with plenty hot water and well equipt for our stay.
The cleaning staff were excellent, very friendly, kind and helpfull ladies thank you.
