  This guys are very kind and polite!! Very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.. The common kitchen and free breakfast are two great ideas!! You can use the kitchen as you want and have breakfast whenever you want.. You are the cook!! (: Very well linked area!! 20/25 mins to city centre!!   The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations).   Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us. Our room was in the 'sub' area below street level, but still with a window to the outside so wasn't claustrophobic.
