In the center of London, near Underground station, very very clean and comfortable, very polite staff. i enjoyed my whole stay. clean, quiet, good position. comfortable bed and clean. price, cleanliness, attentiveness of staff, good water pressure and hot water, though room was small, it was efficient, workable, and quite comfortable -- the air conditioning was wonderful!.

The door to the bathrooom didn't shut. smal room and bathroom. bathroom was rather worn. small. I did not like the breakfast hall, it's very small!. entrance and hallways of hotel look pretty uninviting,old dirty carpets in staircases, maybe slightly overprized. Had to cart my luggage up 4 flights of stairs Everything else positive. It was the best choice in this good price!. the wifi access could do with a stronger signal. Very narrow stairways (no elevator), small rooms. reception of hotel not at street level and there is not lift to the room.Security! Front door was open all night and no one at reception (this was around 4am). there was no light cover over light, there was no knob on wardrobe door,wall lights had been moved and holes not filled in. Mattresses were too small for the size of bed, and pillows inadequate.It is impossible to shave or clean teeth because basin narrow and a shelf above left no space. It was however clean and staff pleasant. Compared to Blakemore hotel which is also 3 star it was awful. the room is a littel small..... Very small room and bathroom, lighting in the toilet could have beenbetter, shower door didn't close well, no towel to stand on whenstepping out of the shower, no lift (problem if you have big luggage),shower gel and shampoo not available so we had to buy from asupermarket, low quality of beds, breakfast could have more variety,small breakfast area. No lift - had to lug heavy bag up two flights of stairs with no help. No iron/board in room. Wireless internet coverage was terrible - kept breaking every two minutes. A better variety of food at breakfast. the room sizes were extremely small. problem with the water, some of the staff are very unfriendly. bad decor, window frame broken, ikea beds. We were with only cold water the first day, the third day we were without water at all and the cleanliness was normal only the last two days.Room was extremely small and situated directly facing the entrance stairway. Very noisy during the night with people coming and going. Air conditioning unit in room was faulty and was dripping water on the bed all night. Breakfast was very poor. There was a charge to leave luggage in hotel on day of check out. Although it was very small, it was the first time I ever came across this in a hotel. Very small toilet. breakfast. Very, very small room with the smallest bathroom I´ve ever seen. One time the room service gave me dirty towel. And the air conditioning machines from beside located chinese restaurant was buzzed almost the whole night.Poor cleaning, I found three small cockroach in my room in two days. Renovate, make the nose reduction because abs.impossible to sleep, make bigger beads, change everything in bathrooms, make a breakfest. Rooms are 3-4 sq.meters, very tiny. This is off-star hotel at all.Unhelpful staff. No hot water, unacceptable really when you pay £120 for two nights and don't even get basic hot running water. Receptionist received that many complaints, she gave me a 30% refund. dirty room and corridors. It did not have hot water in the shower, and when we asked for it, the water was really few. All the rooms ended 09, 08 and 07 have windows to the inner side of theblock, and there is a terrible noise coming from the restaurant'sventilation system until 23.30. Carpets in the aisle are extremelydirty, though the room has new floors. I first went to a room with astrong cigarrette smell and full of ashes, but. Water temperature wasvery diffucult to control. No lift for luggage.room was too small for the 3 of us to eve nwalk around in for the price we paid. We didn't like anything about this Hotel. The room is like a box room, no space to move. The room was never cleaned and the B'fast room only takes a capacity of 12 people, that is we had to wait everyday to have b'fast, plus the hot water was always very little, had to wait to have showers.
