Excellent room, clean and very good location, just opposite is the metro station. Clean and comfortable and a good location. Room small but well decorated and very comfortable - felt like being on board a luxury cabin cruiser. Staff efficient and helpful - fixed heating problem very quickly. One side of the double bed was up against the wall so would be difficult for two people.Room a bit too small.Breakfast too expensive. The room was too small, it is really inconvinient. You can't do anything there, except the watching TV. In addition the room was cold. Also the hotel staff turned off water on the last day. I don't think that it's a 4 star hotel.No, this hotel was a complete disaster! No way should it of been a 4 star - the lift was broken, tiny corridors that only one person at a time could move, no one could pass you out, the first room we got was been used, the 2nd room was tiny where only room for one person to fit through the door was realistic, we then got checked into a 3rd room where it we could hear the underground tube.
