  We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all.   17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.   I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough £200! I choose a room in a female only dorm,I'd never stayed in a group room before but it was fine, my expectations were majorly exceeded! I don't think ill ever b - The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen), particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard. The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at St. Paul's or Buckingham Palace in not much more time.
