  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing.   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... what people say » Lily. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  As soon as you walked in it smelt clean. The location was excellent.The staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast choices availablewere superb - The staff were superb,food was excellent as was our room, we would not hesitate to stay there again. Location excellent.
