Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.
Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland! -

The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines).
The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am).

Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We stayed in the Arch on September 2013. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!
