  We were made very welcome by a friendly staff. We were very pleasesd to be able to leave our luggage on day of departure until 5.30pm at no extra cost. Many thanks for this service - A budget hotel which didnt feel like a budget hotel, overall good value, quiet, an extra pillow and blanket provided

  Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Having a kitchen at hand means being able to keep ... what people say » your costs down with regard to eating, which is nice. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.
