Near to the tube station, excellent value for money, lovely breakfast. Excellent service from the staff.Friendly and helpful staff. It was a small room, which I expected from comments from previousguests, but it was very cosy. It had much more character than the usualsterile chain hotels, which I particularly liked. The breakfast was fineand the staff really helpful. It was well located, and easy to find.

Room was a bit small and in need of some redecoration. Narrow stairs. no lift !. The room was small and the bathroom litterally minuscule. There aren't any smoking rooms. Very small bathroom / shower (difficult to use for a slitely larger person). poky room. Although in a non-smoking room, the room did smell considerably of cigarette smoke upon arrival. room hot and noisy. Needs an elevator. Stairs OK but with heavy bags not so good.Noisy drains or pipes - it woke us up several times during nights. breakfast,size of the room. Size of the Shower Cubicle! Lack of storage space, very small Double Room which I felt was expensive for what was offered. room really too small for a doubble room. Shower door was not working staff not friendly at all and no lift. The curtains were stained and dirty, and so was the carpet. The bathroom sink and tape were broken and the door didn't shut. There was a lot of noise very late at night from nearby rooms. The heating couldn't be adjusted and the room was too hot.
