Kanley was so kind and welcoming. We had a deluxe room and the bed was enormous. Breakfasts were a treat, enjoyed sitting round large table chatting with other guests, much nicer than small tables.Wi fi was free and good signal. -

The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

From Paddington the hotel was extremely easy to find. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great for the purpose of the trip which was to see the sights of London. - Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent price. Perfect location for our theatre weekend.

The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us
having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and
friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for
the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we
checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to
take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally
situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus
