The Staff Were Very Helpfull For Advice On Where The Sites Where. The Accomodation Was Very Clean And Comfortable Would Reccomend For A Short Stay Break. The staff were very kindly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find in a fantastic location for Oxford Street and links to the underground. The location was quiet and you didnt get any street noise through the window. The staff were helpful and the rooms were basic yet comfortable. I would def recommend here for a short stay in London on a budget. It is in a nice surrounding, near Hyde Park, Paddington Station, and not far (possible to walk) from the center of London. The breakfast (continental) was very good. The hotel personnel was very pleasant and helpful. Wifi acces was available. The room was clean (towels were changed every day).Just what we needed for short low cost stay in London. Room clean and bathroom small but new. Breakfast was good. Staff was great, breakfast was good....they even saved our luggages for a day after check out. clean rooms, courteous staff, and excellent continental breakfast. Location a big plus.reception were very helpful.Friendly staff, clean room, excellent location. the room wasnt too small. the atmosphere. It was very centrally located in London for the price and staff were curtious and helpfull. The room was clean and comfortable and good for the money.location near to hyde park, lovely road that hotel is situated in, really nice continental breakfast with good choice. The hotel was basic but clean and ideal location to get around London. The breakfast was also very good.very friendly and helpful staff. Could not do enough for us.All ways had a smile on their face. The position of the hotel is very good in terms of proximity to the city centre and quietness.Close to Paddinton Station which was very convenient and very beautifull area of London!!. The rooms were adequate for our family of two adults and two children.Close to Paddinton Station, friendly staff. Good position handy for both tube and train. Friendly and helpfull staff. Staff, services. Great location. location, cleanliness, quiet room, good value for the money in London for family. great customer service. Pleasant man at check in desk and evening receptionist went out of her way to offer service requested as we were leaving very early and would have missed breakfast before a long day of travel., very pleasant and helpful. Name Sylvia.+ The room was nice and clean, + The staff were very friendly and helpful, + The breakfast was very good, + It was not far away from Marble Arch, just a 15 minutes walk. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room is clean, commute to the city and airport is convenient, the breakfast is reasonable.Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Convenient location, good breakfast makes this value for money. Location was fantastic - very easy to get around on the underground and get to Heathrow airport. Good location. Less than 5 min walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. staff were very helpful and friendly. helpful and obliging staff. The room was very cheap. God central position. The location. Proximity. The hotel staff were very accomodating as we needed a slightly earlier check in and after a brief conversation prior to arrival, this was sorted out. Thank you very much.Good location for the access to public transports and connection to the Heatrhow airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the coffee was excellent.1. Nice stuff 2. clean 3. close to central places 4. good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Basic but exactly what we expected. The continental breakfast was good. hotel staff is very helpful. Reception staff excellent. Staff were helpful. Very Central. Breakfast room was overcrowded. A kettle and tea making facilities inthe room would have been a bonus.the bathroom was tiny. for this price it was very good. Not a lot of choice for breakfast we were hungry within half an hour.Plus there is no lift and a lot of stairs to access and the decorating was a little dated . no tea or coffee facilities in room. with 4 beds in the room there was no room for anything else. No storeage and woukld have been good to have kettle to make drinks. Very tiny room and very very tiny bathroom. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever encountered but sufficient. It was clean. Small bathroom. All good.I wish musik during the brekfast. bathroom-step up is unsafe, hurt my foot when entering as it has a metal step also. small toilet/shower area and size of it.No person /staff at night Would feel safer if had cover at night or security of some kind.Don't have lift and the sink is slow. It would be better to let the guests to serve themselves for cutlery and coffee during breakfast hours so the staff can be freed up to attend to guests questions or checking out etc. We had indicated at reception on Sunday morning that we would be back at 1pm to get our luggage - when we arrived reception was closed but indicated to ring the bell and someone would come. Well I rang the bell and knocked for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Luckily another guest arrived that had a key and let us in to get our luggage and go to the airport.the room was on the small side and the shower room very small for 3 adults, but it was only for one night. maybe a radio and also tea making facilities in the rooms. Porta-bathroom. Only a minor thing: there was only one socket in the room - so, in order to use the laptop I had to unplug the TV.1. Prefer lower price... But it was O.K. relatively. The (flimsily) padlocked fire escape!! Sussex Gardens has constant traffic all night but this is London and it wasn't too disturbing. Not really, if you go to Europe expecting an "American" style hotel, your going to pay a lot and still not get what your looking for. to have cups and kettle in the room.Could have done with some tea/coffee making facilities. Lack ofcarparking is negative. Could not shut the window in my room- think it was supposed to be like that as it was a really warm building, though I was disturgbed by noise a couple of times as a result.very small room for 3.
