i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well. I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.We loved that the room was so spacious and the staff were so nice and there were chairs in the room. The location of course is great.

Central site, close to underground, not far away from tourist objects. I was expecting something better but had to settle for a single room after paying for a tripple room with virtually no space to walk around. The hotel had a lift, they did change towels each day ,. The room was acceptable to sleep in,. Location, easy access to station. walking away from it. Nothing. Overall experience is terrible. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. About 5 minutes to Paddington station and 10 minutes to Marble Arch. could upgrade to full english breakfast. The elevator was very slow except very early in the morning when I suspect we were the only ones using it. Otherwise it seemed to get confused about where to go. I chose this hotel because it has an elevator, which found to be useless since it doesn't reach half stores. The floor inside the room makes very disturbing noises.Some of the facilities were poorly maintained. Breakfast was poor, only one key per room. But those are really minor things.Poor brakefast. Because of the hotel vacation, they told us no room available without notice and told us to stay the hotel next which looks doggy, it made me angry that they were lack of organisation and management from their manager. However, the staff in the hotel was very helpful which organised again for us and finally we had a room!. Hotel rooms and equipments ned a rehabilitation. Starting to show signs of wear and some things need updating. the hotel said they had parking but due to their lack of parking i ended up paying fines of £120 and then had to park in an ncp far away and pay for that too. The room we had was quite noisy, it was next to a fire exit and staff made a lot of noise early in the morning when going in and out.Not sure the room could quite be called an 'Executive' double. bathroom needed renovating!!!. The door was locked when we arrived (14.35 and check in 14.00 onwards) and we had to wait for 15 minutes for somebody to come and check us in. The bedroom was in the basement so didn't have a window, so would advise calling or emailing to request a different room. The shower was dirty and leaked constantly. Lack of proper chambermaiding. The room was in the basement - so a trifle dark - and dingy (missinglight bulb, not too clean). The tv was basic. Somewhat noisy fromfootsteps above the room. bit gubby inside, could do with a clean (windows in the room etc).The bed was awful and the room was not so clean. The windows and the bathroom were in ban condition. Bath was dirty. inside room, no window, shabby, not very clean. The breakfasts were poor. Both the tea and coffee were awful. The first room I was given had a broken window that would not close; the second room was fin in itself but the bottom sheet was not long enough to fully cover the mattress.We were first given a groundfloor room which had no view and with a faulty toilet. The bedroom drawers were falling apart. When we complained, the young man at the reception told us to wait for the Manager until next morning. The manager immediately gave us another room. The room TV was not working and he made arrangements to get it fixed it as soon as we told him. Rundown shabby cramped accomodation. Very slow elevator, poor tv signal, no radio, one day there were no fresh towels (while the used were removed...), poor furniture condition, doors making a lot of noise. Breakfast was terrible, fried or scrambled egg, bakedbeans and a viennasausage, and no condiments. the breakfast and a lot of broken furniture. The experience with this hotel was absolutely horrid. On arrival we were informed that the manager of the hotel cancelled our reservation without letting us know whatsoever. Finally they found a room for us-it was in the basement, without any window, next to the staircase thus very noisy and dodgy. The bathroom was dirty and shabby. The lift was extremely slow.Bed linen not changed from previous resident. Changed booking due to Dublin Airport closure but charged for day. Very abrupt reception staff. The fact that is was grimey and in a poor state. The bathrooms were disgusting, black and brown stains in the bath and sink and even a couple of hairs in the bath from the previous occupier. Yes, I was in a basement room with no windows, the shower dripped all night, the door handle came off in my hand, the room was too hot, the picture on the TV was very poor, there was no hairdryer in the room, the toilet seat was broken. The breakfast served was the worst ever breakfast i have had in my life. The room and hotel facility do not match any standards apart from a bed space to sleep. The bathrooms fittings had developed lime scale which shows what quality of clenliness is rendered. There were no fans or aircon available for the guest which lead me to a sleepless night. It is more like a BandB rather then a hotel. Would have liked more thorough housekeeping.Not all the lights worked, the tv was in black and white and could nothardly be seen, the hairdryer was broken, the sink was cracked and hadno plug and the bath was cracked but the shower was very powerful. Thebreakfast was non existant unless you only liked cornflakes, orangejuice, apple juice and thin white bread and butter. Overpriced, dirty, needs refurbishment. lobby, staff, broken lift. many corridors and stairs narrow. revolting breakfast, no service, tv with 2 remotes, heating that was off. decor of room. no telephone that worked. tea and coffee... just there to obtain a star... but bare minimum.. powdered dirt for coffee and dandruff for milk. The hotel was very poor, the standard was very poor. The information was out of date and the quality of the rooms was very poor...never again !!. My room was very dirty especially the bathroom inside: the wash-basin and the shower were old and yellow of dirtyness and the floor was broken. In the room 2 bulbs were broken and the light in the room was given by lights in the bathroom. The lift was always out of order you had to do always the stairs. Everything. Window in room was broken. Tiles on bathroom floor where loses lifting and cracked and you could have cut your feet. (However they did fix this when I suggested that someone might cut there feet on them and claim) the bed was hard and the sheets were not changed once over our 4 night stay. They supplied powdered milk. Not even UHT, and they claim to have a bar, they do not. Dont sty hr. it was the worst hotel. when ı check in they give me room key but it was suprised for us because the room was not ready to stay and 2 hours later our nroom was ready but glass of window was broken reservuar system was out of order and beds were very small but the most important coming now ı booked a room for one night more and they confirmed when ı turn to hotel they told me hotel was full. Location. It's terrible. The TV is 14" and does NOT work. The bath has stain and dirty. The bed is loose and makes noise. The room is very small and very hot when I stayed. They asked me to pay the bill up front when I checked in. I don't think it's legal as it's like paying before you receive the services. There is no security at night. Anyone can get in the hotel. It's more like BandB not hotel.
