What people say
Proprietor was very knowledgeable and helpful beyond the call of duty. I
will stay there again. It's convenient for St. Pancras as well as
British Museum, tubes and buses, with some pleasant cafes and pubs
nearby. Not a very busy road so slept very well.
Friendly welcome and polite host. Good value for Central London and near major rail stations.
Excellent location, and Fernandez very kind and helpful. all reviews »
Convenient location, friendly manager.
clean and tidy friendly staff.
The location is good near to british museum, 5 mnts to russel square
station, 10 mnts to king cross, 5 mnts walk to bus station (to oxford
street / travalgar square). Behind the travistock street there are
many kinds of restaurant, bar and minimarket.
location & price
central London is expensive but this was the cheapest, reasonable looking place that we could see
close to Euston station and within walking distance of the West End theatre's.
The location, the fact that it is family-run and looked-after eg, smoke-detectors in each room, fairly clean, maps of London provided. Main thing was, I got a good sleep.

The location was good. We were arriving London Euston Station at 11:38pm en route to Lagos Nigeria the next evening so we needed somewhere close to Euston to spend the night. This hotel served the purpose and allowed us to explore the city th next day while Ann allowed us to keep our numerous bags after check out.
Location was excellent. Tube within easy reach and good places to eat nearby.
The place is getting a bit worn out, but for that price you don't
expect a palace.
My room in the front needed double glazing to keep out the noise of trafgfic during the night.
Front hall and stairways needed a good airing as they did not smell fresh.
Room was dated and not so secure feeling.
Bathroom in need of decorating and shower poor.
The hotel smells dog because they have 1 big dog but the dog are inside
their room. They have 3 toilet. The best one is underground because hot
water are stable. Second floor toilet was ok but no hot water, third
floor toilet has hot water but not stable.
Metal frame bed that creaks everytime you move, this made a very unpleasant sleep.
Manager came across as rude (but maybe been curt is just her way)
heating stays on at night and there's no valve to turn it off in your room (this is more my personal preference)
I cant comment much on breakfast, we were down 2 minutes late so only got cereal and toast!.
small room, toilet a bit rocky, breakfast just cereal and toast, no ham or eggs etc.
warming radiator is not working
wifi on off.
Ann was very unwelcoming. She kept complaining about the many luggage we had. Room 2 in which we stayed was very small, no room to lead ur legs. Well you get what you pay for.
Wifi did not work most of the time. TV signal constantly jammed/screen froze. Unfortunate placement of ambulance station in side street meant regular sirens.
