We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel. The Buckingham Hotel. We will most certainly be making a return visit one day in the future. -

Staff were very attentive. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
