The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a
very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic
tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in
it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for
£75 for the night. Unbelievable value. I saw one other reviewer

Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a
home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from
Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to
find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other
Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store
and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell
in London. The location was ideal, despite a murder on the road outside
whilst we were there, and the local area lovely. The television and

The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it. -

The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.
