letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the
hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking
was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was
great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the
bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends
& family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Location at quayside was good

Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.

Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad

This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Good food on the menu

I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle.
