The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle. We were also given our room at 10am to leave our bags which was great. - Gillian

The hotel staff were highly accommodating, very knowledgeable and most friendly. This can be substantiated by one of the team replacing a broken kettle in our hotel room at 2.30am! Hotel sited in an excellent location within a few minutes walk of the train station. Modern, clean and pleasant surroundings. - Anonymous

Right bang in the middle of where its all happening,secure under ground parking,flat is massive,like a better home from home, you could sleep 6 in the place easy ! and with the secure entry you dont need to worry about being questioned by the security staff, will stay there every visit now ! - Stephen

First impression was the reception area really lovely and wecoming .Beautiful Christmas tree. Second impression the lovely staff on reception who made me feel so welcome. also the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .Third impression the bedroom lovely and warm and clean. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel on my own.The hotel is ideal as it is so near the railway station and shops. I will be back to your hotel and I am bringing my friends with me. The hotel was in a great location which meant we could walk easily to shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel room was really good, it was modern and really clean. Also we found the staff helpfull and really friendly. The best bit was the facilties the hotel offered, we used the restaurant for breakfast and meals and then the lesiure suit was a great way to start the morning. - Anonymous

The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were on a night out andit took just minutes walk to the bars and club we went to, it was alsojust a short walk from the train station. Also, the staff were very kindand helpful and even let us leave our bags there after we'd checked outas our train wasn't until late. The beds were very comfy as well. - Hannah

If there was an option to give the staff more than a 5 + rating then I would. Thouroughly enjoyed my long weekend here and the staff were remarkably helpful and pleasant. I would hope this gets back to them and they can be commended for this. Lucia was fantastic and if she is not the Duty Manager then she should be ! Very helpful, very polite and couldnt do enough to make us feel at ease or help us in any way. Also a big thumbs up to the young blonde haired gentleman porter type chap who was v - Michael
