The location of the hotel was convenient to where I had to be the next day for a conference. Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!

This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

Everything!! The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the bar and lounge are very comfortable. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly. We experienced some difficulties with our booking but the managers could not have done more to rectify the situation. Will we stay there again - absolutely! -
