Very good location! 2 minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus, 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden, excellent connections to underground.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Clean room and good room service. In contrast to some other comments we found breakfast absolutely o.k. The buffet offers warm typical English breakfast as well as toast and jam, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Air condition worked well - most important for us as during our stay we reached 34°C outside. This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless
