Friendly reception staff. We stayed in triple room which although was quite compact, was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Adequate supply of drinks. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. The location was ideal for sight seeing, a 20 minute walk to Oxford St, 40 minutes to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is on a quiet part of the road and a good selection of restaurants are only a stroll away. P.
all reviews » The location was great since it was near the Baker tube station. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. We had a triple room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to make sure we were guests. The location of the hotel- just minutes walking from Baker Street Tube Station. The street is very quiet and area is safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was recently renovated and very clean. Wi- Fi has good coverage throughout the hotel. Previous comments stated noisy air conditioning, however, the air con wasn`t on in our room and we did find it a bit hot and had to open the window in the middle of the night. I wished there was a little more variety at breakfast, but we stayed 5 nights, breakfast is my favorite meal, and I cannot tolerate dairy milk so cereal was out for me. What they had was very good and I never left hungry. Plumbing is noisy and toilet flushes at will. Limited options for food after 10pm. Breakfast room was quiet small and was full when we arrived, we waiting in reception for a table. We did get offered a table in a sister hotel but it was raining and we decided to wait. It was not very clear either from the photo or the description how many beds a triple room has actually got. We were expecting three separate beds but there is one double bed and one single bed. We could handle that but would like to see an improved picture and description. It is inside a very functional building, perfect for business trip, but not cosy for a citytrip. Full payment was collected at the point of check-in. The breakfast with limited choices was the same everyday, making it very boring for long stay. Room very small. Couldn't pass each other in most areas. Luggage took up all available space for movement. Fit out and furniture too bulky for such a small room. Room size would be OK for single room, not twin. No bar :). I believe that The price should be less becouse its not a fancy hotel and i have seen better with less price. I had to ask the waitress three times to be served and even then I was brought only brown toast (I asked for white), not offered a cooked breakfast and gave up after 30 minutes waiting as I had to leave.
