  I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a compact kitchenette/cupboard system with sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and a portable ceramic hob ring so I was able to make a simple bre... what people say » akfast. I would however find it a bit more challenging to cook anything too grand. Overall I was very happy with to apartment and would spouse them ag - Firstly, the accomodation was right off two main tube stops which was extremely handy in terms of getting there. Upon arrival, the staff were extra friendly and helpful as we arrived a couple of hours before check in (they held our luggage). The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and fit for purpose. When checking out the staff kindly agreed tp extend our checkout time (10am) by 2 hours which was a godsend.

Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant.   I do enjoy this lovely hotel. Very very nice staff, always being helpful. wonderful location, convenient to everywhere, 5 minutes to underground. The room is not very big, but clean and comfortable. With wireless Internet access and all other facilities you might want, I even found a mini refrigerator in my room! I would be very likely to stay her... what people say » e gain:) - The staff was lovely and I really enjoyed the room with bath. Usually when I travel alone I get very tiny rooms without a bath, but in the Regency Hotel I got this beautiful room with large bed and great bath. I took a bath three times in two days! I'll go to the Regency again next time I'll be in London for sure!
