We have stayed in a number of hotels in Greenwich as we have family there. This was easily the best hotel we have stayed in in that area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, our rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast menu was good.

The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided.

Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel. The room was large and beautiful. The double was two singlew together but still very comfortable. Separate toilet and bathroom which was useful and very clean. Much better than expected. The apartments are very new, so everything is in pristine condition.
I liked the gated secure underground parking (£15 a day).
The apartment was also very quiet, which was fantastic as I am a light sleeper. Only a few minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR and all that Greenwich has to offer. Also the Waitrose being so near is a bonus.

I liked the friendliness of the staff who did go that extra to help out. The bar food was reasonably priced for London and of good quality. The half price first drink was extremely welcomed after a long day.
Free wifi good. Breakfast adequate. Lots of seating in the lounge area.

Highly recommend. Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in; simply couldn't fault anything. The staff were extremely friendly, went out their way and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean; fresh, clean towels everyday and beds made up. Everything we needed: Bar, restaurant, TV... Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well organised. helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod
Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant
instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and
attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.

I was hesitating a lot before choosing Wyncliff apartmnt since there were no reviews of customers on letsbookhotel.com ,but I'm actually very satisfied since the apartments (we booked 3 apartments) were very clean,quiet,beds very comfortable,kitchen well equipped.Jay was very helpful,patient and kind.

The apartment was finished to a very high standard and was clean and tidy. The photos on the website do represent the apartment accurately.
Location for us was ideal, a short walk into the heart of Greenwich, to the DLR, an express Tesco and the No 53 bus stopped close by which took us into the city centre.
We didn't have hot water on arrival and called the contact number and we had somebody come out to sort out the problem within the hour!
