The apartments are very new, so everything is in pristine condition. I liked the gated secure underground parking (£15 a day). The apartment was also very quiet, which was fantastic as I am a light sleeper. Only a few minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR and all that Greenwich has to offer. Also the Waitrose being so near is a bonus. Make sure you have the phone number when you arrive as it can be a little hard to find the apple office. I rang the number and a very helpful member of staff came and.

We arrived and were met by Petya, who made you feel welcome and showed us around. The apartment was a surprise for the rest of my family and I am so happy that it really had the wow factor I expected it to have. It's really close to the dlr station and getting into the city centre of london is really easy. Otherwise you are also at the Maritime Museum in a skip and a jump or if you'd pr. We stopped at apple apartments Greenwich mid December and from the start it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment itself was stunning and spotless with everything you could wish for and a view of the Thames and the city beyond it! It was located perfectly for our visit to both the o2 and London itself via the near by Greenwich Station. I would recommend the apartments to anyone and we are already planning on booking to stay again in the New Year!. The Apartment was unbelievable-Fantastic views of the Thames and could see theO2 Arena over the river where we were going that evening for a concert. Beautiful outlook and great facilities. Make sure you call the number on the form as you arrive and Petia or a member of the management team will meet you otherwise you may be disappointed as I have read elsewhere on here. A beautiful apartment with a balcony and 2 bedrooms overlooking the Thames. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Friendly staff. I wish we'd seen the man who checked us in (Happy) in the morning to tip him. The apartments were modern and trendy and although the location wasn't central it was really easy to get in and out using the bus (188/129), the tube (north greenwich) or the DLR. There were 3 of us in our group, just visiting London for a few days, the apartments had all we needed (hair dryer, ironing board) they were comfy and clean with lovely views over the Thames!!!. The apartment is new, and well equiped for a great break away. The building is within walking distance of the tube where you can head off to anywhere in London. I asked the lady who greeted us for a late check out as we had a late afternoon coach home and she was extremely accommodating. Will definitely book here again when in London. The staff were excellent and very friendly despite some problems we had with the flat. They were very flexible in compensating us for our problems with a late check out which made it much easier for us as we have a 9 month old child. The flat was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. Right next to a waitrose as well. The position is a short walk from the Cutty Sark underground. The apartments are spotless, newly built, well equipped and appointed. The views from the balcony was towards the city and Canary Wharf to the right. Its away from the main road with no road noise. Secured parking for the full 24 hours. Everything was amazing. Immaculately clean and modern with excellent facilities and a fantastic location. Very handy being so close to a supermarket and a very short walk into Greenwich and all tourist attractions. Transport links excellent. Would highly recommend. It was nice and quiet and close to all facilities. It was nice not to be in the centre of London. We liked the feeling of home being able to cook and just relax in a sitting room rather than just a bedroom as you would in a hotel. We would recommend you to others. Very close to tube and lots to see and do locally in Greenwich. Catching river ferry from Cutty Sark to Tower Bridge was a highlight. Absolutely everything. On the letsbookhotel.com website it stated there was a balcony and a view - I had neither. There was a problem with the internet - it did not function at all for the duration of my stay. (The apartments are configured for BT infinity, but it was not operational when I stayed.) May I suggest clearer instructions for the arrivals process! That aside I totally loved the place!!!. Like in previous reviews we found it hard to find as the sat nav didn't recognise the postcode the area is so new but it got us close enough and we then simply followed the signs for the New Waitrose (the apartments are next door) I would like to note this is not a negative point but it may help someone. It is a newly built place so there are a few teething troubles and I would imagine that there is a bit of noise from nearby construction works during the week. Having said that I would not hesitate to book a room here. You would find it difficult to find a better place in London (also has a Waitrose a 30second walk away). Would have been good to have tee-towels to dry the dishes with!. Internet did not work, dishwasher not usable due to no salt, no washing up liquid, no washing up sponge. That being said, they were flexible in compensating us for this. The problems were due to the flat only being made available the day before we arrived. Didn't know where to check in. It took a long time as several people were waiting. My only negative comment is that we had a very lukewarm reception from the staff member who dealt with our registration at check- in. The other staff member in the office was more friendly both on check- in and check- out. We arrived in the dark and had some difficulty identifying the building. Was not too sure how to locate someone to let us in but after I rang the number on the booking form someone came to the front door promptly. The flat was very clean, apart from a nasty surprise in the morning when we went to get some dishes for breakfast and found the the previous tenants of our apartment had decided not to wash their dinner plates, the top one was clean and the next 3 had the food scraped off but then put away dirty. I would suggest that the cleaning staff inspect all dishes and cutlery when they prepare the apartments between bookings. Bit of a distance from London City Center and is expensive to get into the Center, although we found the Thames clipper the best way in for us. No T.V. in bedrooms, very hard to find. For families of 5 or 6, there were only four dining chairs, and the two double beds were really big singles. This did not matter to us as were 4 (but we are usually 5) hence mentioning this for other families looking to stay. Absolutely nothing at all, it was a fantastic stay. When we arrived it was an unusual set-up with no reception area: a security guard advised us to knock on a particular door to an admin office, which didn't feel very welcoming, more like a business transaction . The heating was faulty in our original apartment, so icy cold for first few hours, hence the upgrade, which was organised late at night by a French guy who had come on the night shift, who was great and very helpful and apologetic. No instructions for the kitchen facilities such as cooker, micro wave , dishwasher and washing machine and no Sky tv channels available apart from Sky news (Sky was advertised as being available). The one-bedroom appartement never has a view of the thames, we were told when we arrived. Only a few of the biggest appartement have it, The couch is good for 2 young children but not comfortable for older children or adults. Extra for parking- this should be included given that there is a huge car park in the basement that is empty. Building work is going on around the development. Not easy to check in. A little bit far out of London if you were maybe planning on doing things more in the centre of London. The distance from central London, have to get dlr train then get in tube, but was very easy just time consuming. Signage from the car park. Travel time by bus from London Eye area. Recommend taking the water taxi instead. Slow check in, with only one staff member. It is almost impossible to fault the apartment...Just to be picky,the apartment was slightly stuffy...Airfresheners or pot pouri will be ideal just to keep the apartments fresh...but then this is personal preference. this is not the hotels apartments fault, but as this is a new load of apartments it is not yet on the map which made it difficult to find. Hmmm, ????. No, can't think of anything negative. It took us 30-40 mins on the tube to get to any of the main touristy spots!! When you arrive, its not very clear where you have to go - could do with more directive signs to find the apartment block! (even a small map perhaps?!). We couldnt open the balcony ;). A bit expensive I feel, could be better if it could be bit cheaper. Away from central London. Sometimes the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough for use. Range of kitchen utilities could be improved. No fresh coffee machine... The other blocks around this apartment block are half built. Not a problem for noise, but the views aren't as good as they might be when all the work is finished. The appartments are not very well signposted, as it was dark when we arrived it was difficult to find the reception. We had a side view, so could not see the sights as described ie Canary Wharf, O2 and Cutty Sark were not visible. There is a lot of new building work going on. some issues locating the apartment. We were supposed to have free WiFi but this was not available in the apartment we were given. No instructions how to put heating on or how to use washing machine.
