Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. These apartments are modern, spotless and spacious, with all the fittings and facilities you need for a perfect stay. For the money I don't think you could do better. I stayed here nearly 3 years ago and was thrilled; I was not disappointed this time as things are still outstandingly clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is fantastic when you are away for a while too! Also convenient for the tube and in zone 1. I highly recommend these apartments; I cannot fault them

Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience.
The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.

it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)
