  My friend and I stayed in this hotel from Tuesday - Saturday. It is a little different to those I've stayed in before. There isn't a reception, on the front door there is a sign advising to call the manager's mobile number. Once we called we were let into the hotel by the very lovely manager who showed us to our room.   The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, they assisted in parking our car in the very small car park. The room although small was clean and the bathroom cleaner and of a higher standard than some bigger higher quality hotels. The breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakfast.   The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. It woud have bee - The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell in London. The location was ideal, despite a murder on the road outside whilst we were there, and the local area lovely. The television and internet were excellent.

  The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area... what people say » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)
