The gentleman who checked us in was top rate - he was able to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. The room was adequate for what we needed... a place to rest our head at night. There was a kettle, teas, coffees, and they had a hair dryer i could use. They even allowed us to store our bags after we checked out so that we could explore the city before having to catch our train! - Gillian

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
